LeadBuddy provides a variety of digital marketing and lead generation services, including but not limited to SEO, web design, PPC, email marketing.. LeadBuddy will use reasonable efforts to provide the services in a timely and professional manner, but does not guarantee any specific results.

Fees and Payments:

LeadBuddy's services are subject to fees, which will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any services. Payment of fees must be made through the methods specified in the agreement between LeadBuddy and the client.

Intellectual Property:

LeadBuddy will retain all rights to any intellectual property developed in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to any software, website designs, or other digital products. The client will be granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property for the purposes for which it was developed.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, LeadBuddy will cease providing services and the client will be responsible for any unpaid fees.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

LeadBuddy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LeadBuddy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the results that may be obtained from their use.

Limitation of Liability:

LeadBuddy shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law:

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

Changes to these Terms of Service:

LeadBuddy may make changes to these terms of service from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will provide notice to our clients through our website or by other means. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
